lalnamar
I want to create a site that manages large amounts of audio and video content. Is it possible to store such content in a database? Or is the best solution to just stick all the audio/video files in a folder on the server? I know that dealing with files is slow... so... how do sites like Launch Music, Google Video, and YouTube do it? fenway
Dealing with files is not slow compared to BLOBs in databases. Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/35327-video-files-stored-in-database/#findComment-167450 Share on other sites
