[SOLVED]Simple Variable Question

Alright for my site it is REALLY annoying having to change every single page when i want to change 1 thing on the side panels (ie: affiliates). My website is http://Dvclan.org

So is there any way i could have a php file, lets say with the name "data.php" and inside i could have $aff1Link and $aff1Picture, $aff1Alt, and etc. and give each 1 of them data. like $aff1Link could be like

$aff1Link = http://website.com

and then on site i could just put

                    <tr>
      <td height="15" bgcolor="#5C5E4F"><div align="center"><a href="$aff1Link"><img src="$aff1Picture" border=0 alt="$aff1Alt"></a></div></td>
</tr>
<tr>
      <td background="images/dotborder.gif" height="1"></td>
</tr>

Im pretty sure it will be easy to do, so can any 1 tell me how i could do this?

PS: i know just alil php, thats why i dont know how
