Resizing images is done either by the image tag or an image editing program, not CSS. PHP?Basically I have an upload script where people upload their images, and it gets previewed in a background image, with an <img> tag overlaying another image.Now, people are uploading stupidily high file widths/heights and basically they can preview their image properly in a 300x200 cell...
