But instead, it downloads the WHOLE ENTIRE CSS FILE EVERY SINGLE TIME ANY PAGE IS OPENED! Please tell me why it's doing this and how I can fix this, it really sucks =( header('Cache-Control:public;'); header('Expires:Mon, 26 Jul 2097 05:00:00 GMT;'); Doesn't work at all!
