Lookup dates for each day in a submitted week number

Hi all!

 

I have a FORM which submits a YEAR and a WEEKNUMBER.

I would like to create a TABLE which diplays a WEEK (starting Monday) with it weekdays and the dates for each weekday.

 

This means, I have to somehow calculate what DATE it is for each DAY based on the YEAR and WEEKNUMBER that was submitted.

 

Anyone who can help me out?
