gerkintrigg
I'll be honest, I have no idea what version I'm using... What's the best way to find out what I'm on with my server and how do I establish what I'm using to program with? I just see it as a language that either works or doesn't... perhaps that's a bad way to be? JasonLewis
make a php file with this in it: <?php phpinfo(); ?> it should mention the PHP version near the top somewhere. gerkintrigg
Cool thanks. But that only tells me what the server's running right? Is PHP 5 backward compatible? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/57373-php-4-vs-5/#findComment-284679 Share on other sites
