tqla Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Hi. I am using this code to echo a column in my database. It works fine: while ($list = mysql_fetch_array($result)) { echo "{$list['CompanyName']}
"; } I would like to add another column to it. I've tried doing this but I get parse errors: {$list['CompanyName','email']} How do I add more columns to the while statement? Ultimately I'd like the echo to print out 6 columns per row from the DB. Thanks! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

teng84 Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 while ($list = mysql_fetch_array($result)) { echo $list['CompanyName']."
"; echo $list['email']."
"; } or while ($list = mysql_fetch_array($result)) { echo $list['CompanyName']."".$list['email']; } Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hitman6003 Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 You can specify the column like so: while ($list = mysql_fetch_array($result)) { echo $list['CompanyName'] . "
"; echo $list['anotherColumnName'] . "
"; } Or echo all of them like : while ($list = mysql_fetch_assoc($result)) { foreach ($list as $key => $value) { echo $key . " = " . $value; } } Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
