Where is this CURL tutorial?

Now i don't know where it is? because i don't see any tutorial from there.

 

If you have the idea where it was then please help i want to learn it.

I might have been wiped out.  I'd suggest looking through the tutorials on our site instead of relying on that link... other sites don't always keep links up to date.
