*three beeps can be heard from a mother board speaker* "SWEET" is yelled and a the screen goes blue with gray html code.

 

In windows 95 and up go to "CMD.EXE" or "COMMAND.COM" and run EDIT [/b] %FILENAME%.  The /b option is an alternate chrome color scheme.

 

In MSDOS 7 and down, just type "EDIT" %FILENAME%
