[SOLVED] Anyone have a image resize script that places the copy in a new directory?

I have been messing with image magick but can't get it to work the way I need it to. Does anyone have aor know of a simple resize script that will take an image when called from a directory, resize it and place the resized copy into a sub directory?

I do, but its not for sale/free, and Image stick is over kill use GD its way easier.
