mameha
I made an intranet for my company. I want to make a video tutorial of the key features, using screengrab video of my mouse doing things on my PC. Then I wanna add a voice over. What software is available to do that? Any reccomendations? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/73884-how-to-make-a-video-tutorial-using-screencast/ Share on other sites
tippy_102
I've done this type of thing using Ulead Video Studio. It's not very expensive (about $70?), easy to use, and I was very pleased with the results. Edit: Oops - screen grabs of the mouse pointer moving around....I didn't do that - just screen shots and voice. Ulead Video Studio can't do what you want. 448191
The company I work for sells ViewletBuilder, an easy to use application specially made for these tasks. Unfortunately it's not as cheap as $70.-, in fact it's a little over €300.- It's a niche product. You can download the free version here: http://www.courseware.nl/producten/ontwikkeltools/viewletbuilder/index.php If your company is interested in buying a license, I can inquire if we're allowed to sell at your location. I apologize to the staff if this seems like a plug. Daniel0
Here is a list of screencasting software. You can use any type of video editing software to add voice to it afterwards if the software you choose doesn't support doing it while you are recording.
