Is it possible to call up a style sheet with a header.php file?

Reason being is that I have created a wrapper header which is called header2.php and included it into my header.php file. The header.php file appears to be overwriting the fonts, links etc of my header2.php include.

I'm trying to integrate WHM Autopilot into my site and it's being a pain.

any help would be great...

The end result from PHP when initiated by a web browser is HTML which is interpreted by the browser. If the header.php echos a stylesheet link, then it will be used. Look at the generated source.
