phporcaffeine
I am starting an informational site for losing weight and getting a flat stomach. I don't have all the content and links completed but the structure and design of the site are complete. I would like to know how I could improve and what I should improve. http://www.washboardtummy.com -TIA
moberemk
Not too bad. I don't really like the way that the blue gradients at the top of the boxes look, frankly; and the dummy content makes it hard to give a real first impression of the home page. But it is in the right direction.
~n[EO]n~
Pretty cool... design Some things i didn't like a) Me too, didn't like the gradients, mainly on the link box and news and events. b) The green color for the headings I didn't like it. c) The border is thick, don't you think ? d) the copyright text at the bottom is hard to read. You may want to check your color contrast through http://snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html Rest found it cool... P.S. When are you keeping the actual contents ? I want to have flat abs soon...
448191
Some classic readability mistakes: - To little padding on content; - Justified text. Justified text can look pretty silly, especially on text containers with little width.
