need help with login on

hey guys few things... i go a login script all set up but trying to edit slightly.... everything goes through this 1 script to send users to different areas but having few problems...

i attempted to change members one like so

change the login function to return "" (blank) for failed to login..

return "admin" for the admins and "member" for the members

then alter the code to the same a below
