NovaArgon
I am starting a page that will hopefully take in cash from sales and subscription. In the past I have always made up my own or just edited someone else's terms of service agreement. Do you guys pay to have one made? How much did it cost? Who did it for you? If you didn't pay for one how did you get? Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/79002-solved-do-you-have-a-real-legal-tos/ Share on other sites
steelmanronald06
A TOS needs to be made by you. Just cover the basics. Copyright permissions, spamming, hacking, kiddie porn or porn in general, phising, cheating, illegal activity, etc. Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/79002-solved-do-you-have-a-real-legal-tos/#findComment-400227 Share on other sites
NovaArgon
I have always made them in the past but more and more people are using them like rules for there member instead of a shield that will help prevent you from being sued. I think i'm going to come up with a good draft and then get a lawyer to do there thing to it. cmgmyr
There are plenty of free ones online that you can look at, use, and modify for free. Just do a search and you should find a bunch. I thought that was just a myth.. Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/79002-solved-do-you-have-a-real-legal-tos/#findComment-402266 Share on other sites
