Azu Posted December 1, 2007 Share Posted December 1, 2007 I've been searching around for a while and although I can find a bunch of BAD useragents.. I think that there is simply to many to efficiently block them all. So I'm trying to find a good whitelist that includes legit useragents but not bad/malicious/fake/invalid ones. Does anybody know of a good one? I haven't been able to find any on Google.. And I want to be sure not to accidentally allow FAKE Mozilla useragents (there seem to be a lot of fake ones). Daniel0 Posted December 1, 2007 Share Posted December 1, 2007 You'd risk blocking legitimate users. Besides, the user agent is easily faked so it wouldn't help much. The user agent is after all sent BY the user. It's not something the server figures out for you.
