moon 111
How do image hosting systems filter inappropriate content? I assume it's not manual, is it? zq29
I can't see how it's not manual, unless they have some kind of proprietary artificial intelligence image recognition software. Unlikely, I think. Either that, or images can be viewed from a direct URL, but not browsable through the website until approved. I've never used an image hosting website in any depth to make me think otherwise. GingerRobot
I dont think they do? At most, i would expect them to have a 'report this image' type function. Since any image i've ever uploaded on any image host is available straight away, i dont see how they could be checking them prior to the image being used.
