php?
Hello, I am one of the many people that does a lot of image editing. Sadly ive been strictly limited to using MS paint. Considering i have dial up, most image editors take VERY long for me to download. (Eg: My download speed is 3 kbps). I was wondering there were any image editors/creators that were better then MS paint and didn't have a VERY long download time. Highest download time i'd want is like 30 minutes. Daniel0
There is one without GTK+ bundled which is about 7.5 MB. You can only use that one if you have GTK+ installed though. You could use a download manager. In that way you can pause and resume downloads. I believe Opera and FF3 have that.

No, it's a BitTorrent client (although you could probably argue it's a download manager since it manages downloads over the BitTorrent protocol). Here are some different ones to choose from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_download_managers
