I want a page that shows you what people have uploaded,

On the uploading page i have a form with:

<form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="uploader.php" method="POST">
<input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="1000000000" />
Choose a file to upload: <input name="uploadedfile" type="file" /><br />
<input type="submit" value="Upload File" />
</form>

Then when they have uploaded it,it shows a page with this on:

<?php
header('Refresh: 3; url="upload.html"');

$target_path = "files/";

$target_path = $target_path . basename( $_FILES['uploadedfile']['name']);

if(move_uploaded_file($_FILES['uploadedfile']['tmp_name'], $target_path)) {
    echo "The file ".  basename( $_FILES['uploadedfile']['name']).
    " has been uploaded";
} else{
    echo "There was an error uploading the file, please try again!";
}
echo "<br />";

echo "Your now going to be redirected to the upload page";

?>

On another page, i want it to redirect to a page that shows what people have uploaded,i have the redirect code,but on the page it to automatically add new uploads.

I hope you understand what i am trying to do.

Your best bet is to store the file information (name, path, etc) in a database when something is uploaded.  Then just use that to output what has been uploaded.

Another alternative is to use .htacess with the following:

Options +Indexes
IndexOptions +FancyIndexing

Make a file named .htaccess and place it in the directory with the uploaded files.  Make sure there is no index.* files in the directory and when someone goes to site.com/uploads then the directory will be listed.  There are security issues with this though.
