Macs and PCs will always render text differently. You're also going to get various depending on which browser is used and what the resolution is on that certain machine. Mind posting a quick screenshot comparison of the affected text though? It could be something else...

What system are you using?

Upload the videos to youtube or vimeo, and use the embed code. That way, you can set videos to autoplay and everyone who doesn't own a mac will be able to play the videos.

Why are you querying an external table? If you're just doing posts, you can use the regular posts/pages system, and exclude them from showing up anywhere else (by category/parent page). Your other options are to just use straight up PHP to query the table, or the plugins API. This is exactly like how people blame PHP for their own incompetence.

The overall look is nice. I'd try to not use Imageready to generate a website. WYSIWYG tends to package alot of bs with your site (such as the image preloader). Your site is also not xhtml, uses tables for the layout (again, WYSIWYG = hot mess), and some pages have broken layouts: http://www.hkceces.org/e_news.php3

ebay.com -> http://ebay.com isn't exactly a smart feature. It would be better if you just typed in the name like ebay, and it would try to go to the best match (hint: use I'm feeling lucky)
