erik16 Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 Hi, I am close to installing Joomla 1.5.9, but I am having a problem. I get the following message while doing the pre-installation check on Joomla. It says "- MySQL Support - No" and it needs to be "Yes". I am running Apache 2.2 and MySql 5.1. and PHP 5.2.8 on windows. Everything seems to be working fine. I assume something needs to be configured in my PHP files. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance. corbin Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 You need to enable the MySQL extension in PHP. Uncomment the extension=php_mysql.dll line in php.ini. You might also need to change the extension_dir= directive. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
