dreamwest
I need a simple script/program for updating and selecting database info for petty cash receipts. Basically i put in receipt cost and it updates the database and tallys the totals up. Any suggestions???? jackpf
Suggestions? Haven't you already suggested what you need to do by stating it? Why not do exactly what you wrote, and write a form, a script that updates a table with the prices, and then a script that adds up all the costs? I don't see what your problem is. PugJr
Dreamwest, you should post on freelancing about asking for a script to be made for you though. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154805-accounting-script/#findComment-814261 Share on other sites

dreamwest
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=php+restaurant+script Ohh yes.....thats funny. Im not smart enough to get a hint, but this was obvious. Let me see: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=php+restaurant+script Means: "Go find it yourself" Yes. Very clever. Anyways the restaurant script is pathetic, its supposed to be advance menu creation script but, its very basic Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154805-accounting-script/#findComment-814321 Share on other sites
RichardRotterdam
Means: "Go find it yourself" Correct it does mean that. "php Restaurant script" might not be the exact wordt that will result in something which is suitable for your needs. However I am pretty sure that with some searching around you will be able to find something that will match your needs. If not you'll be best off building it yourself or placing a request on the freelance board Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154805-accounting-script/#findComment-814326 Share on other sites
dreamwest
I finally finished this. Some of the code nearly blew my fragile little senior-script-kiddie mind. But i did it This is gonna save me 10 hours a week of adding up receipts by hand....Thats 520 hours a year or 43 extra awake days/ year Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/154805-accounting-script/#findComment-815312 Share on other sites
