Java - How to make a window open?

How can I make it so that can be used.

On a function so that the window opens.

Thats the procedure so i basically need the variable thing for an outcome.

What GUI framework are you using?

What IDE are you using?

When do you want it to open?

Do you have any Java experience? (I assume no)

I made some improvement to the script now it should work.

 

Hmm then again that's not java. Java should be like

class Popup
{  
        public static void main(String args[])
        {
           // your window code here
        }
}

This looks like another instance of someone not understanding the difference between Javascript and Java.  The OP definitely looked far more like the former than any Java I've seen.
