djfox
My server has suddenly decided to erase all of my cron jobs. I had several but didn`t save any so I have to re-write them all. However, because I`m not an expert with them, I don`t remember how to write them. Can someone give me an example? djfox
They`re not the kind I had done before, these are wildly different. But if it`s possible to get it to execute a php file, as the link shows, then that will be a better (and much easier) alternative. trq
Cron jobs have nothing to do with php, sure your posting in the right board? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/171021-cron-job/#findComment-902275 Share on other sites

In your original post you mentioned cronjobs. If you have SSH access then setting one up is no problem, otherwise, you are going to have to use the control panel that your host provides you or contact your hosting provider. As thorpe mentioned, so far this has nothing to do with PHP, and I doubt it will. I can move this thread to a more appropriate section for more accurate feedback.
