seventheyejosh
What is the process called, or the output called, or the 'tool' called in photoshop where you have a grid and can draw as a per pixel basis, then apply it to a layer? Like draw the one pixel diaganols on the grid then make it go? Thanks much! seventheyejosh
I'll google it, but it looks kind of like this: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3276/2633636249_4c2da3e8ee_m.jpg except the pattern would be (in my case) like: \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ etc. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/174403-photoshop-question/#findComment-919290 Share on other sites
Zane
set the grid to pixels... snap-to grid and zoom in a lot other than that I'm clueless what you're trying to do Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/174403-photoshop-question/#findComment-919291 Share on other sites
Adam
That's not exactly the best description, but do you mean filling with a pattern? To create a custom pattern you first need to define it. Pointless me trying to describe the process though when there's so many tutorials out there with good illustrations... http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=photoshop+how+to+create+patterns Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/174403-photoshop-question/#findComment-919368 Share on other sites
jcombs_31
If you just want to create a diagonal line pattern, create a small square document, say 5x5, then use the 1pixel pencil tool and zoom in to create 1px squares diagonally. You can then save that as a pattern, edit > define pattern. If that is what you are asking.
