corbin
2 would be easiest in my opinion. As for someone doing your homework for you, that's not going to happen. Specific questions people will answer. Blanket "HALP" calls will be ignored.
PugJr
Number 2 without question is the easier of the three. I could easily see someone programming number 2 in a day. Number 1 is highly dependent on the content/quality, so that /could/ be less than a day or more than a year, and the third I could not see being programmed in a day at all. idblack
@corbin n @PugJr Thank you for ur attention , i am not asking someone doing my homework actually...i was asking is there any interisting application ( web based ) only the topic/title that i can use as a reference for creating my final project, while the 3 work i've mentioned are the topic of my friends that already approved as the final project, im new in using php but would like to learn more and working really hard for this project. ie: i have an idea creating a web based application that will monitoring the students grade and the system will analyze the data based on their score, and presence in the class during the study and will bringing out the chart of assumption when this student graduate (and some other feature of course) and system also can suggest the students what should they learn more based on their weakness during the study...almost work like a real advisor for the students, but i didnt know if there is any expert system in php ( usually we are using clips language for creating expert system/decision system ) or are there some other application that is quite interesting can be made using php? really need help here
gizmola
Here's some applications "made using php" http://www.yahoo.com/ http://www.digg.com/ http://www.facebook.com/ http://www.wordpress.com/ http://www.wikipedia.org/ http://www.flickr.com/ http://www.friendster.com/ http://www.photobucket.com/ ...... That doesn't even begin to mention all the ecommerce site, or forums powered by one of the php based forum packages. It seems you have an idea for an application. Rather than wait for someone to tell you what to do, why not get busy working on fleshing out your idea so that you can make an educated decision as to whether or not it will make a good project. PHP like most programming languages can be adapted to do all sorts of things, and is an excellent fit when you want to deploy the application via the internet and need to provide access to clients via a web browser. There's nothing more that needs to be said, AFAIAC.
Stooney
Accounting Software. It can be as complex as you want it to be. It can balance your checkbook or manage your small business taxes. You can incorporate graphs (expense charts, etc), work with semi-complex formulas, etc. It seems like a well rounded idea as a final college project.
