I just made a noob mistake. I didn't specify where to update in a database I'm working with so.. it kinda updated the whole thing. Luckily, it's still in the testing phases and not very big yet.

Always best to use a test database for development. Take daily backups.

I have another domain on the same network purely for that use, It runs intranet to transfer nightly backups to the 'database archive' I created, since it's internal bandwidth it's fairly fast.
