jcw46
I downloaded Google Chrome and it changed the default on my pc. I deleted Google Chrome but now I go to click on a link and it will not open in IE browser...does anyone now what I need to do to change it back to where it will open in IE? Thanks Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/199198-problem-with-links-opening-in-ie-when-clicked-on/ Share on other sites
Philip
Right click -> open with -> find IE & check "Make as default" or whatever it says. (and why would you go back to IE!?) oni-kun
Right click -> open with -> find IE & check "Make as default" or whatever it says. (and why would you go back to IE!?) Some simply just don't like Chrome (Or they'd rather have their internal browser default and use Firefox or another for only external use). Reminds me of FF 2.0 and their problematic DDEexec registry entries opening urls via parameters.. Philip
Well, I mean sure some prefer other browsers. I know of people that LOVE ie, but to one his own.
