JonnoTheDev
Looks like David Cameron will be running the country. We are all doomed! Kiss goodbye to our jobs. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/200992-uk-members-the-tories-are-in/ Share on other sites
Adam
Not necessarily, he needs 326 seats otherwise we've got a hung parliament. If Gordon Brown makes a deal with several other parties Labour may still stay in power, or at least keep the majority. I'm not sure if Gordon Brown will remain PM though, I think everyone hates him.. freelance84
Proportional representation. We are one of only a few left in the world that hasn't adopted this. Britain simply can't continue with reds in power though. We really have to wonder where all the money in this country comes from. The red army have over past decade really have crippled small-medium sized businesses which are the back bone of any society. I don't understand some peoples logic that thinking big companies are more important to a country, most of the big companies don't even pay tax here in the uk. They are effectively giving us jobs but steadily draining money out of the UK. It's mind boggling. Stuck at choosing the lesser of two evils.
