kavoir.com
Form Kid: http://www.formkid.com/ Spent 3 weeks building this app that helps you create and manage online forms. You can create contact forms, survey forms, data entry forms and invitation forms or whatever you may think of. It's extremely versatile. Check out a contact form I created for my blog at here: http://www.formkid.com/f/kavoir/contact-kavoir-com/ Please go ahead and sign up for an account so you can try out all the features it currently has. It's not yet fully tested so there may very probably be one or two bugs somewhere out there. In case you find one, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks! ohdang888
i like it. but seeing as though i already have a google account, i probably wouldn't bother creating a formkid account
kavoir.com
Nice idea, google has the same feature and its hard to beat google. They do, but I'm not aiming to beat Google. I'm trying to make it as good as possible. Wufoo.com is a pretty awesome form builder and they are not Google.
ram4nd
Just saying that, don't get your hopes up about visitors. Cause there are so many form making sites.
xcandiottix
You know.. i like your site design. I'm working on a major site release that uses some apps to drive it .... something like this might work. Email me in a few months to remind me. Partyz
I liked it very much. Good job! I used php forms, but yours is worth attention too
lqdmindz
Is there going to be a link back to your site embeded in the form, do you get and embed code, or is it hosted on your site. I think a from basics tut site would be better personally. With live previews of code.
