Slow webpage loads

For some reason, web pages are loading slow for me. I used speedtest.net, and my download speed is 5Mps

 

I did a ping of phpfreaks, and got the following:

I have restarted my computer, and it is still slow.

 

What is wrong?

You sure are losing a lot of packets.

 

For me (50 packets)

phpfreaks: average 45ms, 0% loss

google: average 46ms 0% loss

Try running a traceroute to see where the problem is.

 

Here is my ping stats:
