chmpdog
Should I post email on the contact page of my site? I have one of those fancy google email@mysite.com but I don't want to get spam from bots. Also, I have contact forms, which email me. Daniel0
Yes. It's really annoying if you can only contact someone through some stupid form buried 100 levels deep into the site hierarchy. If you're worried about spam, get a proper spam filter. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/210783-post-my-email/#findComment-1099576 Share on other sites
waynew
You could post the email address in an image? But then again, people will probably want to copy and paste it. JonnoTheDev
Use a CAPTCHA on your forms to prevent spam. Have a look at some of these methods to hide your email address in the page source to help prevent harvesters. http://csarven.ca/hiding-email-addresses Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/210783-post-my-email/#findComment-1099853 Share on other sites
