Does it work?

Hi.

If I can get some feedback regarding the layout of a website I've been building, that would be great :D Btw naebad (the sites name) is scottish slang for not bad - the sites focus is entertainment.

I tested it in Opera, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome (all latest versions).

I'm open to any suggestions for improvement. Thanks.

Thanks guys.

Is it intentionally retro?

Yeah, going for a slightly retro theme.

Mm, like Nightslyr was saying.. Have you ever heard of CSS? I suggest you look into it, and also take a look at other websites that are out there. We're in a new era of web design. :)

I suppose I better get back to the drawing board :rtfm: I'll change it and post my improvements later.

The mix of mspaint graphics with photoshop "3d" effects is not a good combination.

Remove the 3D "crescent" and redo the main logo to be a flat effect, maybe just do it with text in an <h1> tag.. Then it will have a really true to 1995 nostalgic vibe!

Or you could replan it and make it more modern but hey that might not be the direction you are trying to go in.
