tsnewbie28 Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 ok so,its been a long time since i visited phpfreaks due to school, and on my free time i want to code a website. so where do i start? whats the 1st step that i should do? the website i am planning to make is a Social network website. and there are many things i still dont know, such as the log in page the styles are made out of photoshop? or some other program? if so how do they insert the text box where to type ID / PW? all replies will be appreciated very much. trq Posted June 20, 2011 Share Posted June 20, 2011 Asking the types of questions you are asking I would suggest the first thing to do would be to forget the idea of a 'social networking' site for now and learn HTML & CSS. Once you are comfortable with them, you could probably start looking at learning PHP.
