byron2k12 Posted July 24, 2012 Share Posted July 24, 2012 I was looking at videos on HTML and CSS and because most of the videos show the HTML/CSS being demonstrated in a notepad file, i was wondering will this work or not on my wordpress site (i'm learning it so i can customize my wordpress). Take for example this - {background: gray;} It works fine and turns the background gray in a .html notepad file, but on my wordpress it does nothing. What kinda of HTML/CSS should i be learning and where in order to specifically make a nice wordpress site and not a notepad site. Thank you.
