The Little Guy
I am trying to set up Google Public DNS, but I am have issues. For some reason when I click on properties, nothing happens. What can I do to fix this? I can not find anything on Google on how to fix this either. Edit: There is a spelling error in the attachment it says "does" it should say "doesn't" Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/267537-windows-7-pop-up-does-open/ Share on other sites

Checked if there are any problems with the adapter (like with Device Manager, its configuration dialog, or maybe even ipconfig)? If you leave the IPv6 item checked can you get to its properties? The Little Guy
I have: - Rebooted - Checked/UnChecked IPv6 - Enabled and Disabled adapter Device manager works, Config Dialog works, ipconfig works. None of that has worked Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/267537-windows-7-pop-up-does-open/#findComment-1372198 Share on other sites
Christian F.
Hmm.. No idea why that's happening, but then again it is Windows. If you can't get it working, and don't feel like re-installing the OS, the following article might be of interest: http://www.windowsitpro.com/article/dns/change-dns-ip-address Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/267537-windows-7-pop-up-does-open/#findComment-1372205 Share on other sites
