Is it possible to have a localhost server in your online website...

 

so that even there's no internet.. you can still access the website and

 

if you use the localhost server, the same registered users in online can use it?..

 

and you can register users too??..

 

 

 

 

I'm using cpanel on my website.... is it applicable???

Localhost means exactly that, the local server.  Meaning the server that resides on the machine that you are accessing.  Each server is local to somewhere.  If port 80 (default http port) is opened, anyone can access the server (theoretically).

So even there's no internet?.. if i access that localhost sever.. i can access the website.. and the changes i've been made in the localhost

Just imagine - you take your phone, dial number and called subscriber answered. After that you may talk to that man.

 

Internet connection is similar to phone call. First you need a connection and when this connection is established two programs (client and server) may talk.

 

In other words your question is "Is it possible to talk to a remote person without making a call to his phone?"  :D What can you answer to this question?

You can develop your website locally, but those changes will not be visible to online users until you FTP them to your server.
