yshua
Dear forum people: Have an Apache2.2, MySQL5.1.65, Win 7 setup with programs holding me to the current MySQL5.1.65 version. Now my IP provider says I have a configuration problem on my pc, Intel I-3 core. PC has zero problems. But MySQL was just swapped in and now gives configuration problems, downing the website, but 127.0.0.1 still brings up the server.... Is PHP5.3.8 (current PHP version) still compatible with MySQL, or do I need to install a lower version number? Will be doing my own googling, but any other potential problems you could advise me to prepare for would be deeply appreciated! All advice welcome, Yshua
requinix
Yes, but I can barely tell what the problem is. Your ISP says your computer has a problem? Something wrong with a configuration?
darkfreaks
are you sure you have your server configured correctly http://www.docstoc.com/docs/9037451/Apache-HTTP-Server-223-and-PHP-530-and-MySQL-50-Configuration-guide

requinix
Are you surprised? Given what the post says, yes: I'm very surprised that an ISP provides that level of tech support.
