yshua
Dear Far out people: How do I know which pc type has clicked on to my webserver? My programs are only written for Windows pc's currently, so how do I stop Linux or Mac pc's from paying thru Paypal, etc., before finding out and then having to refund? Pikachu2000
Make it clear that the program will only run on Windows, and that you don't issue refunds. That just opens the door for people to download it, install it on their Windows machine, and say "o, I didnt no it wuz fer windos! Munny bak, PLZ?" Then they have the program, and you don't have their money. requinix
What about the people who would buy it on their Mac and install it on their Windows computer? Don't want their business? yshua
Dear Requinix: That's a fair question. The download to be sent is only Windows compatible for now. Have resolved this with the download executable, which leads to a follow up question, now to be posted....
