Christian F. Posted March 4, 2013 Share Posted March 4, 2013 This begs the question "why would you want do that?" Just use a plain HTML file, as that is what you'd get at the end of the day. Using PHP to output static HTML is like going to a garage and ask them to build you a Hyundai, exactly the same as the factory made ones. Instead of just going to the dealership, and pay a lot less to get it a lot faster. But, as Christian said, you may as well just use a .HTML file in the first place.
