Need a complicated query

Hi guys.  Im almost dead trying to do this..somebody help me please

 

How do i can get this:

 

First Name | Last Name | Age | Registered

----------------------------------------------------

John | Harris | 30 | Yes

Amy | Ford | 45 | No

 

Of this tables..

 

Table Fields:

ID | Label

----------------

1 | First Name

2 | Last name

3 | Age

 

Table Users:

FieldID | UserID | Value

-------------------------

1 | 1 | John

2 | 1 | Harris

3 | 1 | 30

1 | 2 | Amy

2 | 2 | Ford

3 | 2 | 45

 

Table Registrations:

UserID | Registered

-------------------

1 | Yes

2 | No

You didn't post what you have tried, so you're asking someone to write it for you.

Also this is OVER abstracted. All of that data should be in one table anyway.
