At the time of submitting the details, I am facing this error, I found no error on XAMPP Server, but when I uploaded my web pages on domain name, it is making error in submitting the details; Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0 in /home/activebi/public_html/enquiry.php on line 101Could not connect: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0 It would be a great help !! kicken Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 My best guess would be that you have incorrect connection details (hostname in particular). Check with your host to find out what your connection settings should be and make sure you are using those.
