trq Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 It's pretty self explanatory. The user named ODBC does not have permission to access the database server from localhost without a password. If they are not the credentials you think your using (and they shouldn't be) then something is wrong with the code you have for making a connection to the database. mac_gyver Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 because the error is occurring at the mysql_query statement, it means that your actual database connection code isn't making a connection or isn't running at all or your code has closed the connection at some point and php is trying to make a connection for you using default database credentials (which are rarely setup at all.) you will need to determine what's happening with your actual database connection/code.
