XHTML- blue box around linked images?

I just recently started using XHTML for coding my pages instead of HTML, and ever since I started making pages with XHTML, when I link an image, a blue box appears around it.

Is there any way to get rid of that box? (There must be, I dont see any other websites with it....)

Linked images have that border because you have not set the image border to zero (by default, it behaves as if border were set to 1).
