Hi,

I have a site ([url=http://www.music4play.com]http://www.music4play.com[/url]) yes i know its a youtube clone!  ::)

I need to impliment the upload and use of profile pics on the signup and profile pages, then the profile pic needs to be used to replace the video thumb on the index page (featured artists) the reason for this is that i have converted the script in to a music upload site and i want the profile pic of the user to be visible instead of the video thumb.

No, im saying i want help with the question i posted. I have the script i just need to impliment the use and upload of profile pics.

The question you posted was pretty unclear. Are you asking how to upload images instead of music files? It's the same, you just check for different mime types.

This is a really vague question. If you have a specific error we can help a lot easier.

Im sorry for that, im, finding it hard to explain what i mean.

Rite... If you look at the index page of my site [url=http://www.music4play.com]http://www.music4play.com[/url] you willl notice a section called featured artists, in that section there is a broken image. This is because the script i am using used to be a video script (like youtube) and used to create a thumbnail image of the video that was uploaded but i have now converted it to be a music site. I need to make that broken image in to the users/uploaders profile pic. Unfortunate for me the use of profile pictures is not in the script at the moment so i need to impliment it. The site uses PHP smarty for the template system so its hard for me to understand it. If i still have not explaind enough then please tell me.

I have the script already, i need to know how to make it so people can upload their own profile pictures and maker the video thumbs in to the users profile pic.
