Save ms Word with only <p> and </br> tags

Recommended Posts

If you are using MS Word to create web pages the I advise you strongly to not use MS Word for creating webpages. Instead look into getting a proper HTML editor. There are loads around. or the better option is to code your pages yourself.

I would personally recommend Dreamweaver as its features are incredible. YOu can get a fully working demo from adobe.com! It will last thirty days.

A free option would be to use Nvu. Nvu.com . Its a great free html editor. There are limits to it, but its great for starting off as a web designer.

As for your original question, I would simply copy and paste the code into wordpad and add the tags manually. It would work bettter than any method ms tries to do it. - Its just bad at html stuff...  :-\

Unless you have millions of pages you are better of going into dreamweaver, CODE VIEW ONLY, and doing it yourself. Try using the powerful, but simple tools like "Find and Replace." You are wasting your time by trying to get a program to do it for you. Just do IT!  ;)
