Fetching client Browsing History, can it be done ???

Hi all,

 

I got a website and when the user visit my site, I want to be able to detect which all websites the user has visited not just my website.. but all websites which exist in the user's browser history.

 

How can this be done ? Is it possible....

I think I have seen some way of doing it, but I would consider this as a major violation of my privacy if somebody used it.

It means it can be done right  and How will it be "violation of my privacy", just by collecting the name of the sites user visits ?

Ok, it will be violation of privacy.

But what about collecting the page names of "mysite" which the user have visited. It won't be violation I think.

 

BTW, I will just be making the script (if it can be done), I am not going to use it for my personal purpose. I am just doing cause, I have been assigned to do this.

For that, you use the Apache logs. We're not going to help you figure out how to document other people's browsing history and habits.
