deb0and
I think that this needs a re-think to be honest because its really frustrating. I have asked for a script in freelancing and i am getting loads of PM's but cant reply to any,not only does this affect my timescales but people are loosing out on money coz i cant reply to them. I cant make 10 posts because i dont have any questions to ask, or any that would be relevant to a post. Just my opinion Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/79232-newly-registeredcant-send-pms/ Share on other sites
trq
The ten post limit was put in place to prevent spam via PM. there are plenty of threads around where you can introduce yourself, speak your opinion in a poll, etc etc. If you try you could easily get your post count to ten within ten minutes. Daniel0
You can't get the user's email if they haven't decided to show it on their profile and you can't ask them if you can't PM. Easiest way is to just post the 10 post. It's not that much and can be done in no time.
