(including me ) people always say okok , i won't advertise or use offensive words ... and they pass, maybe they are in so need to get their questions answers or just lazy to goto a sticky thread then click the back button ... not here, i've seen a lot in so many other forums too. not reading the rules made me break 2 rules of this forum , like pm a moderator a question ... i was wondering we can set it for a noobie to view forum rules at least one time , then he is allowed to post . what do you think ? Most of the time they don't even know the rules, they just think they are being ignored. Every board has people that don't read the rules and even if they do read them, they're bound to break them. Honestly, the reason we have the rules is so that we can fall back on them when someone screws up.
