therealwesfoster
Just wanting some opinions Someone is needing this site: Overview The goal of the United Foreclosure Network is to link home buyers and sellers together in an online auction. United Foreclosure Network has a variety of sources we turn to for our auctions, Bank Owned Home (REO), Short-Sale, or For Sale by Owner. Basic site functionality • Home Auction System • Members are billed flat fee monthly for access to system. • County Specialist (one per county) billed monthly flat fee for access to system. • Sale by Owner - on time flat fee for 90 day listing • Short sale - order and notification only. details of sale concluded off site. • FSBO Auction - admin receives email of request for listing. Lister will upload info and images but will not be live. The admin will approve/append and turn the listing live. • Message Board - purchased message board will be used. (ubbthreads or vbulletin) • Downloads/online classes - members have access to the mp3 audio streams. • Calendar - list foreclosures and upcoming classes • Companies of Interest - list of links. • All pages will need to be editable with a rich text area in the admin. Some content containing the programming and code sections of the site will not be editable (as editing may break the code). • A design template has been pre-selected. Reference Material These references are not intended as exact functionality or design to be incorporated, but provides reference for some ideas of ways in which the site could work. This was information provided by client at initial meeting. Based on this reference material, a unique site functionality and design will be developed. REDC (ushomeauction.com) • Item description under the home images • Click to browse all the available related documents • Area map • Email this page • PDF downloads of terms and conditions and purchase agreement Realtor.com • Property Features bulleted box in the home listing Ebay.com (realestate.listings.ebay.com • “Residential Real Estate Finder” Search box on the left menu • On home listing o Current Bid o Your Maximum Bid o End time: o Item Location o Item number o Display of home images with arrows and “supersize” images What would you charge for this? Liquid Fire
I would not change anything less than 15,000. Something like that would take me about about 2 months I thinks.
